The first process was a phone screen. If you pass, you move onto the manager interview. After, you get invited to their interview day which consists of 4 interviews/activities to test how your brain process in groups.

Interview
2 solo interviews and one full day of group and solo interviews. First interview with a recruiter, next one with a manager, final one was a super day. Took about 2 months and week between each step

Behavioral and Situational questions. There was also a case study, multiple actually.
Detailed information from the recruiter, good conversation with the hiring manager. Very positive feedbacks, I thought I would have given an offer, but finally they closed the process. But overall it was a really good experience.
