I applied online, I was called within the week. I interviewed and was called that same day to have a second interview with the Proprietor. We talked about my comfort with high volume and seasonal customers.

Describe a time you were under pressure while serving how did you handle it?
Two round interview. Easy process. Overall great experience. The environment is nice. Salar is good compared to to other restaurants. Manager was welcoming. Nothing bad to say. It was close to my house so happy I got the job

Simple and easy interview process. I feel that i was asked the standard server questions. Please be sure to bring your updated resume. The asked about my availability and my experience in the industry. Some behavioral questions were asked of me as well.
Waste of time.
Everything is automated through AI and the system will mess up scheduling and then when we finally get an interview, they already have people hired. Was told I would receive an answer either way from AI and had to call the store to get my decline.
