A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. Then interviewed with the same recruiter, this prompted to a second interview with department lead and hiring manager. STAR method questions, fairly easy process.
Very professional approach to hiring with assessment of skills that is administered through an automated system prior to an in-person interview at their company headquarters in Wilmington NC, although they also have locations in other parts of the US and around the world.
