There were two interviewers seated with me around a circular table in a small room. Not very stressful, rather very conversational. Be sure to have applicable stories available to connect with interviewers and correctly answer the questions. STAR interview style. The interviewers ask a little about your background. If it is non traditional in some way, be prepared to tell how your specific skillset will enrich the team to make it successful.

The process first started out as a phone interview with basic questions regarding my experiences listed on resume, following with an onsite interview with a panel of three individuals. The questions were mostly behavioral questions, therefore knowing how to respond to these types of questions is important. Also take notes and ask questions.

Initially they send out an email outlining salary and work schedule. If you agree to the terms, they schedule a telephone interview. If you impress them in the telephone interview, they schedule an on site interview. There are two individuals conducting the interview.
