Phone interview with an HR rep followed by a face to face interview about 1 1/2 weeks later. Prior to the face to face interview I had to complete on online Word and Excel assessment. The face to face interview was with 3 different managers about 45 minutes each. EVERY question was a "Tell me about a time when...." format. They were very specific about wanting situation, how you responded, and the result. They wrote down my answers to every question. I was disappointed that they did not ask one question about me, my skills, or my goals. At the end of the face to face interview, I had to complete a Regulatory Assessment (about 12 questions). One week after the face to face interview, I received an email stating that I was not being offered the job.
