Great interview process. Very prompt and gave great feedback. Was able to get back with me within a reasonable amount of time. Was able to apply for more than 1 position.
PPD conducts a panel interview for the project manager role with a couple different managers, organized at the same time. The interview is completed virtually. I put my camera on.
A bit vague when answer questions about company health and turnover. Interview was straightforward outside of that. General questions will be asked and be prepared with real life examples of problems and how to solve them.
Interview process consisted of two separate interviews. First interview was with one Director and was what one would expect from a typical interview. Called for second interview consisting of scenarios with two Directors.
