The recruiter, Stephanie, emailed me with praises about my background and urgency to talk. She quickly scheduled the interview and confirmed the schedule. However, 10 minutes prior to the interview, she emailed me that the interviewer will not be able to make the phone interview and that they have decided to take the role to another direction.

Interview
Written application, followed by video call with to-be manager, then video call with an engineering lead. I found the conversations open ended and fun. We discussed Pagerduty in general but no expectation for a nuanced understanding of the company itself. No analytical test questions.
