I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Kingsport, TN) in Sep 2016
Interview
Called me two days after I submitted my application. Left me a voicemail saying to call back and was immediately in an over the phone interview. He put me on the spot as I wasn't expecting a interview at the time and said he would let me know if I was eligible for a face to face interview. Seems a bit over the top for serving food and couldn't even tell me if it was a good work environment because he was "filling in". Expect a phone interview and for the manager to be (very vague/ short in answer) when asked questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
