I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The manager had a list of questions to ask and went through them one by one. There were some tricky ones, but for the most part they just want to get a sense of who you are.
