The interview was fairly straightforward. I had an initial interview with an assistant manager. I believe this was the "gatekeeper" interview. Your typical questions, such as your strengths and weaknesses. What you would do in this situation. About a week later I had an interview with the manager. I was quizzed on order tags and other values the company has.

I applied through my school job fair and received a phone call from them asking for a interview. I accepted and I had an interview with the manager and assistant manager.
Pretty easy and straightforward. People are very friendly and store manager will ask some questions about the experiences, hobbies, education, etc. Most of questions are very easy and relaxing, and store manager will call you back if you are the good fit.
