I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Panda Express (Sacramento, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
One of the managers told me to sit down on one of the tables inside Panda Express. We faced each other and she asked me questions while I answered them. Although it was nerve wracking, I managed to keep myself calm throughout the entire process. I felt the need to make eye contact the whole time even though it was strange to me. What's most important is to be yourself and have confidence.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me if I ever took a role on a leadership opportunity. Also questions about who I am, my interests and what my skills are. As well as what I could contribute to Panda Express. The interview questions lasted very long. It was about a thirty minute to forty minute interview. My employer asked me a lot of questions, only a few I can remember which I just stated. These interview questions are pretty simple and to the point, wanting to know more about you as a person and worker.
Very straight forward. Two stages and basic questions. Tell us about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc. One interview with store manager and one with division manager
Went in for open interview. I got called back for a second interview. Both ladies were very nice, but second interview was slightly harder. Didn't get an offer, but overall a positive experience.
