I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied on a Thursday and was called for an interview on Monday. When I arrived, I was greeted by the employees on the line. The Manager came out and greeted and offered me a drink (Take The Drink!). The interview was easy going, friendly, and engaging. I was in the interview for about 30 minutes with the manager. The Manager then told me I was hired and told me that I would be called in for the onboarding process as soon as I passed the background check. I started working on the Wednesday after that week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
