Interviewed with the operations manager, then had background checks and drug screening wich took a few weeks. The application process was done fully online on their website. Had good interveiw about what was expected of me, what I should expect from them, went over scheduling for the job applied, how advancements within the company worked, and approx how long the background cchecks would take.
