Interview
There were several rounds of phone interviews/conversations with an HR specialist, the department head, and the assigned functional manager. In-person interview was with the department manager and a team member who was able to provide more specific explanations about the job and day-to-day expectations of the position.

My interviewers were both not very familiar with the role being staffed (a Parsons standard), so their questions were vague and too open ended.
