Applied online, a recruiter reached out and the first interview was with a director.
The interviewer seemed very disinterested and seemed like she didn't come prepared for the interview. Looked unhappy and didn't even greet me when I joined the call. Weird experience.

The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Pearson in Nov 2011
Interview
It took me over 5 months for the entire interview process; after I had interviewed with a VP, I got a call next days regarding they would like to move forward. Then 1 month later, the hiring manager called me said they decided no FTE will be hired, only contractors will be considered. After the long intensive searching and the efforts they put in, I felt like the entire process is a JOKE!!
