I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pegasystems in Feb 2016
Interview
Glassdoor was helpful. Identified, Initial phone screening, video interview, technical phone call, background checks. Onsite interviews. Glassdoor comments about offering lower salary then initially offered. I should have challenged but was I hired and am very happy with entire package. great place to work.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pegasystems (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Oct 2018
Interview
Several phone interviews followed by an invitation to the local company office for a panel interview.
About one week before the panel interview I was informed that I should prepare a presentation about myself.
I also got a link to a Pega test environment where I should create a login and prepare a solution of my own choice.
There were no requirements for what kind of solution and it was understod that I never had worked with this system before.
(The system contains teaching elements, so this was a fair and interesting task, I think).
Further I was requested to prepare a presentation about myself and my career so far and to be ready to present the solution.
The panel discussion was in a relaxed environment with knowledgeable people and fair questions. It took less than 2 hours.
