I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Haifa) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was a very fair interview, it was organized, the interviewer was polite, and he was professional. The interview was on zoom, he asked questions personal questions and technical questions, I wasn’t necessarily prepared for but they were fair.

If you had to choose between two vacuums, same price, what would be some of the things you would consider?
Not bad, come up with industry questions. Ask about the industry and related experience. Passed the interview but refused the offer since the salary is not very good. Overall it's a good interview experience.
I started with a phone interview with the hiring manager. That was followed by an in-person interview included a 15 minute presentation on your past projects, followed by individual 15-20 minute interviews with 3 other people. I received an offer a few weeks later.
