First interview was with a recruiter over the phone. I would be relocating for the position so next set of 3 interviews were by video conference. Everyone was very friendly and conversational. Great experience interviewing here.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter and two more interviews with the team. Phone interview is pretty basic. The second interview you have with potential colleagues and the last round of interviews you have with your potential manager/team lead.

Interview
Two people asked me my experience with software, coding, internet languages, how tech savvy I am. Gave me a tour of the bottom level of facility, and got a chance to ask questions after interview. Felt a little rushed, but that's because good 'ol Roger just talks fast and is really smart
