I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Sep 2012
Interview
Talked with a representative at a career fair who put me in touch with a CBD Recruiter. The Recruiter told me 95 - 98% of their hires come from their intern program, so no dice for me.

Question 1
Turned out not to really be a phone interview, more of a phone Q&A. There must have been some breakdown between the guy who recommended me and the recruiter

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (New Delhi)
Interview
The interview process in P&G is a very feel good process. There will be at least 2-3 rounds of interview and what each of the interviewers try and do is ask you and grill you on the same set of questions. All you need to do is be honest and mostly you will crack it. They do not check for marketing/sales knowledge what they check for is a cultural fit. Standard set of questions and hasnt changed over the years.
