I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Wuhan, Hubei) in Oct 2008
Interview
there a first is the personality test by internet, second is the problem solve test, third is the TOEIC test, then there are two round interviews. Almost all the questions are came from the classical P&G 8 questions. So if you really have these experience, do a recollection and be relax and confident. And the most important is confident i think.

2) 1er entretien vidéo avec un Supply chain leader
3) 2ème entretien vidéo avec 2 personnes (Senior et manager)

Question 1
Question du type "tell me about a time you..."
Exemple : tell me about a time you showed leadership, a time you did something wrong,...
Il faut répondre avec la méthode STAR donc exmpliquer le contexte de la situation, les actions entreprises et à la fin le résultat
Very behavioral. More focused on how you'd be a fit at the company, instead of how you'd be a fit in that specific role. Lots of "tell me about a time/project when ..." and answer using the CAR method.
