Interview
The interview process it is not easy, but it is not impossible. After all IQ test and languagues test, you will pass to the interviewers panel.
You can expect any kind of question, so just it is better to be as honest as possible, you can not prepare the interview. They will look your reaction to your questions and the way that you express oneself. They will check your CV with you and you will have the chance of explain your experiences with them, all in a very friendly atmosphere.

First round interview takes about 25 mins. The interviewer is a CBD manager with 10 years experience in P&G. She is friendly and nice. I got the feedback in 2 weeks.

Interview
The interview process in P&G is a very feel good process. There will be at least 2-3 rounds of interview and what each of the interviewers try and do is ask you and grill you on the same set of questions. All you need to do is be honest and mostly you will crack it. They do not check for marketing/sales knowledge what they check for is a cultural fit. Standard set of questions and hasnt changed over the years.
