Interview
2 stages of interviews after passing the online assessment. Both interviews involved behavioral questions ("tell me a time..") and situational questions ("how would you solve..."). Interviewers were very kind and chatty, were very interested in getting to know you as a person.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation in which a group didn't accept your idea?
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
