One written application and two rounds of interview. The first round of interview was a hire view, and the second round was a virtual interview with two employees at Prudential.

Typical behavioral questions, nothing too technical. More focused on your interests in operations and the actual work itself. One round of interview plus hirevue first. I would say a very seamless interview process.
