First you have to fill out the online application, and then you receive a two-part hirevue interview divided into business-aligned and behavior parts, then you receive the Superday interview. All of this occurred remotely.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (New Brunswick, NJ)
Interview
On Campus interview. The interview was extremely dry, asking to walk through resume and extracurriculars. In general, be prepared to be able to explain how to hedge certain securities through speculating macro trends. Also- try and get an early interview, the person was on their 12th one and they seemed absolutely lifeless/ monotone.
