Independent Contractor role, they hosted a webinar. Very friendly, and there were follow up emails, and opportunities for follow up conversations. If you are licensed in at least one state AND commit to being licensed in 10 states, you will be hired.

A recruiter will call and ask basic questions about your insurance experience. It does not matter if you have sold Medicare products before because they will train you if you are inexperienced.

The interview process was easy they have a zoom meeting initially giving a company overview. They follow up with an email and a phone call after that from there if you meet the qualifications you will move into the on boarding process.
