I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
I had to first fill out a quantitative assessment and personality check online. The assessment was very easy- basic algebra and maybe geometry? I happen to know that actuarial roles have much more difficult assessments. Then was a phone interview, followed by an on-site with 3 directors and 1 vp. These were all people on the team I worked with. Took a while to hear back after that (few months) while they were doing a background check before having to submit a drug test.
