I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Highlands Ranch, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Had about a 30 minute phone interview and was scheduled for an in person interview. Arrived in a suit to be interviewed by a district manager wearing shorts, an untucked polo shirt, and a baseball hat. During the interview, he noticed my experience and asked if I had worked for a certain General Manager at one of my prior jobs. I answered yes, and told him we still stay in touch. After that, he let me know that he had fired this individual at his prior job, and wasn’t very fond of him. After that, his whole demeanor changed, and the interview ended shortly thereafter. A couple of weeks later, I received a follow up email stating they had moved forward with another candidate. I really felt it was an unprofessional interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Schaumburg, IL)
Interview
It was relatively short. They seemed to be looking for someone to work 60 hours a week on a lower salary. It might possibly have been the interviewer's first interviews given as she seemed to read off a cue card.

Interview
The interview was smooth sound like a cool opportunity and was all up for it, until they mention the best salary. It was different from the job posted and it was a HUGE decrease from my current salary. I had to decline the offer.

Interview
Zoom interview with HR, the lady was a little snippy. Posted role for a general manager, but what they don’t tell you is they want you to train for a year in an hourly role in the stores before transitioning to another location to be the general manager.
