I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Sep 2010
Interview
Spoke with several of the store department managers separately on the same day. Was very informal. They mainly wanted to know if you are available at all times - weekends, nights etc. Also, most importantly want to see you visually fit the Ralph Lauren image (although from other stores across the country seems to have changed the standards seem not as tough)
