It wasn't too difficult. I really like the place. Everyone was nice and I felt like I was at home. I didn't really know what to say but I felt like the interview when well. Most of my answers were simple yes or no answers but I never really felt I needed to say anything more.

For my store, there wasn't a full interview process. I simply walked in with my resume and asked if they were still hiring. Then, I talked a bit with the manager and introduced myself and kept in contact then I got the job.
- Asked basic questions: school, about me, etc.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ralphs (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in May 2023
Went in day after I submitted an online application. Very quick interview process, got hired right away. Went in a few days later to complete some online training then started the day after. They ask you pretty general east questions then give you documents to sign.

Quick and easy, and it was primarily done over the phone. I think I heard back from them within a few days for the primary screening interview, then a few days more before I was called in for the in person portion. All together, I was being trained on the floor within two weeks of applying.
