The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Red Hat (Brno)
Interview
Very bureaucratic process. One week with one guy another week with another, but mostly about nothing. One from them is coordinator another recruiter or manager asking
again the same things from resume. Just only one guy asked something technical but he asked specifically something from libs which is weird as company should for people able to solve problems not for people able to memorize something which can be googled in a second. What is more annoying is offerred compensation, this was a real surprise for me, pretty low range. Note that I’ve came into contact with 6 people. Anyway they didn’t even reply with final decision.

I dont remember spoken questions but written test was about linux, python and bash. Note that it was timed and obscure.
