Quick, efficient, and purposeful. There were a series of four interviews. A soft introductory interview, then an interview with talent acquisition, then an interview with directors, and then a shadowing with the training director. I was offered the position. It took a total of about two weeks to pass the interview process.

2 interviews, both very short less than 10 minutes, right to the point, they make you feel very comfortable, not make you feel like you are incompetent.
