Fast but thoughtful. The manager was really nice and it was a stressfree interview. She took a lot of notes. She was dressed pretty causally. It felt like a casual environment.
Normal questions, manager was fine, lacked empathy, but seemed pleasant enough. Booth was pretty worn that I sat in. Questions seemed standard, however the interview felt rushed as if they had another person already that they had in mind.

The interview was very quick, and I was hired on the spot. I was interviewed by the floor manager and the general manager on the same day. It was laid back.

Asked how long I have been a server and asked me about myself and why I enjoy working in the hospitality industry. Then did a walk through of the whole restaurant and introduced me to some of the other servers.
