Redfin Sr. Program Manager interview questions

Standard phone screen, hm call, and loop with four people with people from within the team and from partner teams. The process was quick and took less than three weeks

Standard email was received to interview with hiring manager after being sought out on LinkedIn for this position. After the interview I got an automated declination email 2 weeks later. I thought etiquette dictated if you had an interview with hiring manager they would personally email or call you with declination or offer. This really made me realize this company does not care about people and I’m glad for the declination if they couldn’t even take the time to be personal with me after going through the hoops to interview with them, very disappointed in their recruiting process.
