Applied online and the recruiter emailed me to schedule an initial screening a week later. From there, 3 rounds of interviews and spoke with 7-8 people total. The VP never showed up for the scheduled interview and presentation (online). Everyone else was friendly and I could tell they have the skills and experience for their job title. The recruiter was also professional but was very firm about unwilling to negotiate the salary even though the salary they offered was 15% lower than my last job. I was able to negotiate the RSUs though.
