Phone interview, general questions about the motivations, expectations, previous experience and availabilities. I was a student applying for a summer job with work and travel program,so some of the questions were related to visa, travel time, whether I have place to stay etc The general tone was friendly and very open.

There is new employee training course every month, so I had to wait a bit for that, but it was no problem.

Easy and concise. One interview and was soon offered the position on the spot! Lots of basic behavioral and personality questions to see how you react under pressure and stress. They use the STAR method in which you are asked for a specific situation to demonstrate an action.

Very easy and comprehensive. Great discussion with back and forth dialogue. Lady was extremely nice and really embodied the Ritz Carlton image. General questions that gave myself a lot of room to expand upon.
