I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in Aug 2021
Interview
Had recruiter level interview with a promise to set up hiring manager interview. Never heard anything back from the recruiter. Nonresponsive to additional inquiry. Companies are waring for talent so this shouldn't be the case. And, recruiting is the first experience of the company. I remember Maya Angelou saying, "when someone shows you who they are, believe them." Perhaps this should extend to companies as well?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in Jan 2019
Interview
It was okay. I interviewed with two individuals. They were very thorough and answered the questions that I asked. They simply asked about what I knew about the brand and what can I offer them

Question 1
They asked me to tell them a little bit about my past experiences and what do I know about the company’s brand
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Weybridge, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Had an initial face to face interview which went incredibly well with extremely positive feedback from both the interviewer + recruiter. Had a second Skype interview arranged only for this to be cancelled on the day and despite chasing for this to be rearranged I was then told 2-3 weeks later that the position had been filled.
I initially had a real positive feeling about the company but following the interview cancellation, offer to somebody else (despite the feedback) and no feedback as to why the change of heart I would now be very wary of recommending the company to anybody.
