Phone interview to review qualifications was short and to the point. I didn’t have the qualifications they were looking for so the interview was short. My resume was unclear so it was a valid question
I talked about my project and analyzed challenges I met in the past serveral years, I answered all questions the interviewer asked, and I need to prepare more, for next interview

Interview
first there was a screening based on the GPA. i think the criteria was greater than or equal to 7. and there was a test which consist of some basic tech questions as well as general aptitude questions. it was not too tough. after that 20 or more are selected for interviews. in that technical interview they asked some technical questions and i replied satisfactorily. but they not considered me to the HR interview. i think its because of my lack of communication and/or the gap between my studies
