I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and easy. All team members were easy to contact and answer my questions. It was a great experience. The team moved quickly.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SSM Health (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2025
Interview
First there was a phone interview which only lasted maybe 5 minutes and then I had an in person interview a couple days later. The whole process was pretty quick.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at SSM Health (Oklahoma City, OK) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview process wasn’t bad at all, very nice & friendly. However, being lied to about being a strong candidate, tough decision but they decided to go with an internal candidate, that is just wrong. If they or any company doesn’t think I’ll be a good fit, just say that, don’t lie. Job was still posted for couple of weeks after. I did contact the person via email to see if it was possibly a different position or if that position just hadn’t been removed yet. Being told you were a strong candidate & it was a tough decision, I thought I would apply for another one. It was the same position I was told they went with an internal on and no response back from my email. Won’t apply again for another position, I do not want to work for a company who lets people with those ethics, hold those positions. To me, they aren’t a good fit. .

Interview
It was a recorded interview with several questions. I was shown the question and then 30 seconds later I had to answer. I believe you could rerecord once if you wanted to. There was a practice session at the beginning too.
