Very lengthy behavioral interviews. You will have to meet with many people, some who will be your peers, as well as managers and senior leaders. They like panel interviews.
They are also in a state of change with the recent merger with Albertson. Will have some challenges ahead

They just did a general phone interview to see how I would fit into the company team. Pretty standard interview questions like how well do you work in groups, how motivated are you, what is your biggest weakness.
