first you're interview by a HR person. she was really nice. she asked about the basic things.... your education, experience in retail, and marketing skills. it was like sitting down and talking to a friend over coffee rather than an interview.

Safeway hired PAs through a temp agency initially before offering a permanent full time position. The interview process was easy and not difficult at all. Employee referral is the best way to get hired.
