Interview
1st interview is a group interview, only 3 girls, and 3 managers. the management team had a good rapport with each other so that eased a few nerves. other than that the questions where pretty standard. they spend equal time asking each questions. and you get a call back to have a one-on-one with the store manager. seasonal is how they hire on staff, they have to try you out first before you become a full time cast member.

Interview
I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.

They called me and had an impromptu phone interview. Asked me 3-4 questions. Then scheduled an in person interview. I have yet to attend in person interview but i will be on monday

Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
