Interview
I had two interviews. First interview can either be group or individual interview. Mine was a individual one with two of the store managers and the second interview was with the store director.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly customer service related questions. Be prepared for scenario “what would you do” type of questions. Ex. If you were the only cashier, phone was ringing and it was time for your break, what would you do?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Interview
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
