      I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Shell (Houston, TX) in Sep 2008

      Interview

      First there were a couple of behavioral type questions. Then the interviewer gave me a list of topics and had a couple moments to prepare. I chose working in online virtual teams. I was given a few moments to prepare and then I discussed my proposal. I had to describe how I would work within a global workforce. I tried to use second life as an example but I don't I did a good job of explaining myself. This was a tough interview and I ended up not getting an offer After the session was over, one of the other interviewers took the time to talk with me as i was about to leave. i felt like I was being pseudo interviewed
