I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
The whole process was relaxed and pleasant. I enjoyed meeting my future collogues and talking about various projects. I never felt pressured or uneasy. It started with meeting the recruiter for coffee and talking about Slalom as a company and why I would want to work there. We talked about my current position and background. Once we decided I wanted to move forward, the next stage was 4 one-on-one interviews in the office with different level of management and I also attended a happy hour. I heard back almost immediately after the in person interviewed and we talked about an offer. Overall an A+ experience.
