I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I have had Slalom on my radar for several years. I was interested in the company and what the secret was for why so many employees were happy and the company continued to grow and be successful. When I started the process of interviewing I met with the recruiting team first on a phone screen and then in person for a brief meeting and discussion of the company culture and the focus of our conversation was around what direction I would like to take my career and we discussed areas within the company that I may fit into. members Overall a very casual conversation. The next phase was a series of onsite interviews with various of the department that the position was for. Questions were centered around understanding how I approach solutions and generally how I think through the problems I would be faced with. There were very few technical questions but almost all were focused on the softer skills. A different interview process however it was a very positive experience.
