I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Portland, OR) in Mar 2017
Interview
Employee in another office referred me to the local office. I reached out to the HR team to grab a coffee and to ask more questions about the office culture and to discuss my background/experiences. The HR team asked me to meet with various members of the local office over the next few months to continue the dialogue. When the timing was right, I was asked to come in for a longer series of interviews which ultimately resulted in an offer.
