Interview
I was contacted by a headhunter and after a conversation with them, I was invited for in-person interviews. One person called in and it was the strangest interview I'd ever had. They mostly spoke about themselves and asked me very little. The second interviewer was great and we had an awesome conversation. The second interviewer told me I'd be moving forward for the second round of interviews, but then later the recruiter called me back and said they wouldn't be moving forward. The whole thing was a huge waste of my time and seemed very disorganized.

What were the deliverables on the strategic initiatives you were responsible for?
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
