Spotify Partner Manager - Outsourcing Operations interview questions

Applied for the position on 5/4, and a recruiter emailed me for my availability on 5/5. We met virtually on 5/9 and had a great conversation. She told me at the end of the interview that she would be meeting with her team on 5/13 and would circle back shortly after that. After not hearing anything, I followed up on 5/23 and got no response. Finally on 6/23 I received an email that said I did not have enough experience to move forward. It does not feel good to string people along for a month and a half with no communication. I was hoping more from Spotify and their processes.
