I think it's a sheer waste of time to apply for sprinklr. Its better not to apply for the company rather wasting your time to such an extent and taking time from your office. I was referred by a friend for the role. My first round was with the manager and the next round was with the associate director for the company. After completion of the first round and having to wait for the results when I called I got to know that I got through and that they will shortly schedule the call with the director.. after waiting for 2 days when the interview round was not scheduled i get to know.. that my candidature has been put on hold .. wow! And then I wait for almost a month waiting for them to come back.. i get to know that they are looking for someone who has done an MBA.. wherein in their JD nowhere it is mentioned that they need people with mba and they are realising this after taking 2 rounds of interview. I feel they don't have professionalism and have kept a bunch of confused set of people in the interview panel. Say no to sprinklr. Save your precious time.
