St. Francis Hospital interview questions

“I applied for a Registered Nurse position at a private hospital. The interview process was straightforward but thorough. It started with an HR phone screening, where they asked general questions about my background, why I wanted to work at the hospital, and my career goals. The next stage was an in-person interview with the head nurse and the nursing supervisor. They asked situational and behavioral questions like how I would handle a difficult patient, resolve conflicts with colleagues, and manage stress during emergencies. I appreciated that they also asked about my clinical experiences and specific procedures I’m comfortable performing. The interviewers were professional and supportive, making the environment less intimidating. I was given feedback within a week, which was prompt. Overall, the experience felt fair and reflective of the responsibilities of the job. I would recommend preparing examples from past clinical rotations and thinking through how to handle stressful or ethical scenario

Very easy and to the point. They told me exactly what the job entailed and what I could expect. They gave me two positions to choose from, day or night shift. And asked me to come shadow for an hour or two
